Mplus and Graia were recognised for their AI recruitment project, while Mplus Group received a Top Workplace award and teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia earned Best of the Best placements.
Mplus returned from HR.Weekend 2026 in Rovinj with five recognitions spanning HR technology and employee experience. Together, they recognise a project built across Mplus and Graia and workplace results shaped by employees’ own feedback.
AI Recruitment Assistant wins HR Technology & Innovation award
The AI Recruitment Assistant, developed by Mplus and Graia, won the Adriatic HR Award in the HR Technology & Innovation category. The award recognises our colleagues’ use of technology to address a practical challenge in recruitment.
The project received individual recognition, too. Marko Jakovina, who led it, won the HR Manager of the Year award in the Technology and Digitalization category.

Earlier this year, the AI recruitment project was also recognised as Best Regional HR Practice. The new awards mark another milestone for the colleagues who brought HR and technology expertise together to develop it.
Mplus Group named Top Workplace
Mplus Group received the Top Workplace award in the Other Services category. This recognition reflects employee feedback on engagement, willingness to recommend the company as a workplace, and 12 dimensions of workplace satisfaction.
Results are compared with market and industry averages. Companies must score at least 15% above those averages to qualify for Top Workplace. This year, 78 companies participated and 45,779 employees shared their views.
Best of the Best placements in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia
Two Mplus country teams also placed among the Best of the Best in their respective markets:
Mplus Bosnia and Herzegovina: second place among mid-sized companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mplus Slovenia: second place among small companies in Slovenia.
To qualify for Best of the Best, a company’s employee experience results must be at least 25% above market and industry averages. The placements are based on what our colleagues shared about working in their teams.
Marko Jakovina, who accepted the awards on behalf of Mplus, reflected on what these recognitions mean:

This is the second consecutive year the teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia have received these workplace recognitions, and the third year for Mplus Group.
