Zagreb, Croatia, February 4th, 2026 – Mplus, the BPTO vertical of the BOSQAR INVEST group (BOSQAR d.d. – ZSE: BSQR), has announced the appointment of Petra Vučinić as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This strategic leadership appointment comes at a pivotal time, as Mplus accelerates its growth, drives technological transformation, and expands its presence across international markets.
Petra Vučinić brings over 15 years of experience in international banking and advisory, including her recent role as Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Throughout her career, Petra has successfully structured and executed debt and equity investments totaling approximately EUR 200 million, managed complex cross-border transactions, and delivered strategic guidance at the intersection of growth, risk management, and corporate governance.
Her expertise spans capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, and ESG-focused initiatives.
In her new role, Petra will play a central role in strengthening financial stability and operational excellence, ensuring that cash flow management, planning, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making are fully aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
She will also oversee capital allocation to support both organic expansion and the execution of the company’s buy-and-build M&A strategy, ensuring each acquisition delivers measurable value.
A key part of her mandate will be to enable Mplus’s transformation in technology and AI, including defining investment priorities, analyzing the economics of AI products, and balancing innovation with disciplined execution.
