Rovinj, Croatia, September 20, 2025 – Mplus has been recognized with four awards at this year’s Weekend Media Festival, during the third edition of HR.Weekend, a festival for HR professionals, business leaders, and employers, celebrating excellence in workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational development.
At the official awards ceremony organized by HR solutions provider - Luppa, Mplus was named Top Workplace at the group level (12,500+ employees), while Mplus Bosnia & Herzegovina, Mplus Slovenia, and Mplus Serbia received the prestigious Best of the Best award.
“These awards are more than recognition – they reflect real feedback and the daily effort of our people: management, HR, and employees alike. ‘Best of the Best’ Across the Region
The Top Workplace Award, first introduced in 2023, has quickly become a benchmark of excellence in the world of work. This year, 72 companies and 36,177 employees participated in the evaluation process, making the competition stronger than ever. A new category – ‘Best of the Best’ – reserved for leaders who push boundaries and set new standards in the labor market, was also introduced.
Winners were selected based on key criteria, including eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score), overall employee engagement, and performance across 12 dimensions of employee satisfaction. Results are compared with industry and market averages: ‘Top Workplace’ is awarded to companies scoring at least 15% above the benchmark, while ‘Best of the Best’ goes to companies exceeding the benchmark by 25% or more.
