Mplus Wins Six Stevie® Awards Across Customer Service, Training, Technology, and Leadership

Zagreb, Croatia, March 28, 2025 – Mplus, a leader in Business Process and Technology Outsourcing (BPTO) and part of the BOSQAR INVEST group, has been recognized with six honors at the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, including two Gold, two Silver, and two Bronze Stevie Awards.

Mplus earned:

  • Gold Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year

  • Gold Stevie® Award for Leadership or Management Training Practice of the Year

  • Silver Stevie® Award for Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats) – Other Service Industries

  • Silver Stevie® Award for Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year

  • Bronze Stevie® Award for Customer Service Team of the Year – Recovery Situation – All Other Industries

  • Bronze Stevie® Award for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – All Other Industries

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on April 10.

More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 45 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. 

Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products, services, and solution providers.
