Mplus's Cemile Banu Hızlı Named Türkiye's Most Admired CEO for the Fourth Consecutive Year at the Golden Leader Awards

The recognition highlights Cemile Banu Hızlı’s exceptional leadership and achievements in the industry.

Marking her fourth consecutive year of receiving this award, Banu’s accomplishments were celebrated during the CEO Gala Night, held in Istanbul and organized by KREA M.I.C.E. 

The event brought together top executives and industry leaders from across the region.

In her acceptance speech, Banu shared her gratitude and reflected on the values that have driven her success. 

“Which is more important: the journey or the destination? For me, the answer is clear – it’s the people who join you on the journey. My secret to success is the incredible team of over 9,000 individuals at Mplus MENA, who inspire me every day to achieve greatness together.”

Adding to the occasion, Tomislav Glavaš, Group CEO of Mplus, and Luka Orešković, Chairman at Mplus, were in attendance to personally congratulate Banu and the Mplus Türkiye team. 

Their presence underscored the strong support and collaboration that drive the group’s success across regions.
