Our Recruitment Process

1. Application

Find a position that best fits your qualifications and interests. Make the first move and send your CV.

2. Introduction

After our recruitment team reviews your resume and decides that we are a great match, we contact you to schedule an interview right away.

3. Interview

Live or online, we will use the time to introduce you to MPlus, provide more details about the position, get to know you and learn about your expectations.

4. Language

If foreign language skills are required for the position, our language experts will give you the opportunity to convince them about your proficiency during the interview.

5. Decision

When your expectations and the requirements for the position are matched, 
all you have to do is to say “yes” when our recruitment team contacts you.
