This recognition celebrates organizations that surpass the industry average by more than 20% across all evaluated categories, showcasing outstanding achievements in employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as in creating a work environment where employees feel inspired, valued, and connected to their work.
"This award belongs to all our employees who contribute daily to our culture of excellence and unity. It also reflects the outstanding leadership efforts that have resulted in remarkable engagement outcomes, setting a high standard for the year ahead", Bruna Kostelac Košir, Chief People Officer at Mplus, said.
Based on comprehensive employee surveys, set by data from 64 companies and 55.640 employees, Luppa evaluated companies using three key criteria: Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), engagement and an overall score based on 12 dimensions of satisfaction: communication, work-life balance, leadership, collaboration, learning and development, work organization, engagement, loyalty, innovation and change, working conditions, vision and purpose, and autonomy.
Empowering Leaders and Teams: Mplus Sets the Standard for Workplace Excellence
The Top Workplace Award 2024 follows a year of numerous Mplus initiatives designed to foster employee development, inclusivity, and well-being.
A standout initiative is the Mplus Front Line Leaders Development Program, which provided over 920 hours of training to 250 team leaders across six countries, with a 57% participation rate among women.
Mplus's collective dedication and innovative approach were also honored with the Golden Award for 1st place in the Best Leadership Development Program category by TEGEP (Türkiye Learning and Development Association). Furthermore, the program earned global recognition by being shortlisted at the prestigious European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA), held in London, with participants from 44 countries.
"In addition to our development leadership programs, we have introduced flexible work policies, enhanced benefits packages, and conducted mental health and well-being campaigns. These efforts have significantly improved employee engagement, strengthened trust, and contributed to building an environment where every individual feels valued and empowered", Bruna said.
