Talent as a Driver for Growth
BOSQAR's founder drew on the company's experience in fostering talent as a driver for growth.
"What has worked for us at BOSQAR INVEST is a focus on understanding the key tools for development, especially prioritizing talent – that has driven the exceptional results we've achieved, growing from €5 million in revenue in 2016 to €303 million in 2023, and expanding to employ over 13,800 people," Orešković said.
"Whether we're talking about a company like BOSQAR or a country like India, having a system that allows people to move up and reach their full potential is critical. Talent that is not given the space to thrive remains unrealized. At BOSQAR, we aim to be a company that opens doors for talented people, allowing them to grow within the organization," he added.
Untapped Opportunities
Orešković also reflected on the common challenges faced by rapidly growing economies like India, drawing parallels to BOSQAR's own path. He also underscored the role of technology and trade as complementary forces.
"Technology helps us develop faster, but it's talent that drives those innovations forward. Trade, in turn, is the skill to connect it all," Orešković said.
He accentuated the personal and professional connections BOSQAR has fostered with India.
"We already have many ties with India, from personal and family connections to business, particularly through the HR side of our operations. We have excellent relationships with the embassy and the ambassador, and we see a bright future in strengthening these ties even further," he concluded.
