Revolutionizing Customer Experience: Mplus at the Automation Summit Conference

Split, April 29th, 2024 – Mplus showcased its tech innovation portfolio at the inaugural Automation Summit Conference. Held from April 25th to 26th at Le Meridien Lav Hotel in Split, Croatia, the summit brought together over 200 top executives and industry experts to explore the latest advancements in automation and business process transformation against the backdrop of the picturesque Dalmatian coast.

Expert Insights: Mplus Showcases Tech Innovations

Viktor Gajodi led a demo session alongside Darko Jovišić called “Call Center Automation with RPA,” introducing technology that revolutionizes how businesses interact with customers. He showcased an innovative integration of Buzzeasy with RobotiQ RPA in SAP processes. The presentation featured a live demonstration of customer interaction, starting with a chatbot for initial support and seamlessly escalating to a human agent when needed. It highlighted the seamless collaboration between AI and human agents, as well as the improvements in customer support efficiency. 

As Viktor pointed out, the automation of routine and repetitive tasks liberates employees to focus on more strategic and creative work. As a result, it increases overall efficiency, reduces costs, and improves accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Viktor Hlača, with nearly three decades of experience in information and communication technologies, project management, and strategic planning, presented a compelling case study titled "A Day in the Life of AI." 

Through real-life examples, he showcased how today's Generative AI enhances customer and employee satisfaction, improves teamwork efficiency, and ensures consistency across all customer touchpoints.
