Management Board
The Management Board consists of two members who successfully manage the company's affairs
with a clear strategic vision using their knowledge, skills, and experience in corporate governance.
Darko Horvat
Darko Horvat has more than 10 years of work experience in leading auditing and consulting companies, as well as tax consulting companies. He graduated from the University of Zagreb with a master's degree in business administration (MBA) and furthered his professional development at the prestigious Harvard University. Before joining Mplus, he worked as a senior manager at Deloitte Croatia and Deloitte USA, where he oversaw risk assessment, financial planning for clients of exceptional importance, execution planning and software development. Before being appointed to the position of President of the Management Board of Mplus Group, Horvat held the positions of Member of the Management Board of Mplus (Meritus ulaganja d.d.) and Member of the Management Board of Mplus Croatia.
Tomislav Glavaš
After completing his studies in macroeconomics at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, Tomislav began his career at Deloitte, where he quickly progressed to leading teams on various projects, from banks to manufacturing companies in the region. After three years, he moved to Hrvatski Telekom, expanding his experience with modeling, reporting, project management, and planning coordination for the entire HT group. In the summer of 2017, he joined the Mplus Group as the director of group controlling, where he also held the position of manager in the portfolio companies of the Mplus Group. At the beginning of 2019, he took over the position of executive operational director of Mplus Group with a focus on optimization, efficiency and further growth. He builds his further development path with dedicated work, creative personality and leadership abilities and advances to the position of CEO and Executive Director of the Mplus Group Management Board. In addition to all family and business obligations, Tomislav is also working on a doctorate in the field of geopolitics.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board supervises the company's business operations in accordance with the company's Articles of Association,
the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, and legal regulations. The Supervisory Board consists of six members.

Tamara Sardelić
Tamara has more than 15 years of experience in dealing with legal and regulatory issues in the areas of commercial and corporate law, capital markets, corporate law, public procurement and media law. She is experienced in project financing, refinancing of credit obligations and privatization. Tamara served as a legal advisor (position of chief legal expert) of the World Bank and chief legal expert for Croatian Waters. She is the co-author of "Study on Institutional Options in the Water Supply and Waste". Before joining the Jelić, Zrinščak and Sardelić law firm, she was the director of corporate legal affairs of the EPH Group and a lawyer at the Marković & Plišo law firm. From 2013 to 2020, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Slavonian closed alternative investment fund with a public offer (SZAIF). She participates in the work of the Committee for Legislation, Collective Negotiations and Protection of Rights at the Economic and Social Council of the Republic of Croatia as a representative of the Croatian Association of Employers and a member of working groups in the process of adopting and amending regulations, which primarily includes the harmonization of legislation with the acquis of the European Union. Tamara graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and passed the bar exam in 2006.
Igor Varivoda
Igor has more than 10 years of working experience in the BPTO sector. He currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board. Before taking the position of CEO, he worked as the Group's operations director in charge of the conceptualization, delivery and execution of the Group's plans and oversaw the Group's ongoing operations. Also, before joining the Group, he worked as an operations director and call center manager in the company Studio Moderna, where he led the general planning and development of the human resources department and performed the function of executive manager for key clients. He worked as a sales manager in Quadro and Horman Croatia, where he was in charge of leading key negotiations. In addition, he was in charge of managing strategic clients at Hrvatski Telekom, where he was operations manager.
Hrvoje Prpić
Hrvoje graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb and has more than 35 years of active experience in the health sector, commercial companies and state bodies in the Republic of Croatia (such as the Croatian Accreditation Agency, Ruđer Medikol Ciklotron d.o.o., Medikol Polyclinic, Business and Innovation Center of Croatia, etc.).
Joško Miliša
Joško graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, and in 1992 he was employed as a broker at the Medis brokerage house, after which he worked at Consult Invest and ICF as a consultant on takeovers and company consulting. At Erste securities, he works as the head of securities trading and on the introduction of portfolio management. He was appointed vice president of the Croatian Privatization Fund (HFP) in charge of corporate governance in 2000. Joško deals with the consolidation of companies from the HFP portfolio, works on unifying the state portfolio, and introduces analyzes of the work of supervisory boards and management of companies from the state portfolio. At the beginning of 2002, together with his partner, he founded the investment company Šted Kapital, which he independently and successfully ran until mid-2009. During this period, he became a licensed investment advisor. During his career, he has been the president or member of 15 supervisory boards, of which the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Varaždin Stock Exchange, Končar Elektroindustrija, Đuro Đaković, TOZ, CENMAR Zadar, Iločki podrumi and Croatia bank should be highlighted. He is also the founder and president of the Prosperous company and a member of the company's investment committee.
Ulf Gartzke
As of many roles that he takes, currently it presents as CEO at Brainloop & Managing Partner at Spitzberg Partners, responsible for introducing strategic IT security development projects and of strategic support to companies when entering the market and developing their business in Germany/ Europe, the United States/Canada and Asia.

Audit Committee
Ante Vrančić
A graduate economist, who, over the years, has gained extensive knowledge and experience in finance, taxation, accounting, planning, controlling, investment, acquisition, valuation and restructuring of businesses and other areas of economics. In addition to the position of director in the Fund for financing the decommissioning NEK, in most of the entities in which he worked, he performed the duties of financial director, which includes areas in accordance with the acquired education and work experience. He also worked as an advisor for financial and investment affairs, securities affairs, and professional affairs in privatization, as well as a number of other jobs in the economic profession.
He acquired additional knowledge through domestic and foreign literature, professional conferences, seminars and symposia, and wrote for several journals in the field of privatization and taxation and lectured at professional conferences.

Boris Borzić
A graduate engineer of mathematics and statistics and a master of social sciences, who, over the years, has gained extensive knowledge and experience in finance (financial risk, business planning, risk management, corporate finance and treasury) and other areas of economics. In addition to the position of Director of the Financial Asset Management Department in the Fund for financing the decommissioning NEK, in most of the entities in which he worked, he performed the duties of financial director, which includes areas in accordance with the acquired education and work experience.
